MAKING A PURCHASE
Do I have to register to purchase anything from your site?
No, you don't need to register to purchase anything from ANJO home, you can choose to checkout as a guest. If you register, you will be able to checkout quicker next time, as the website will remember your address details.
How do I make a purchase?
Once you've found a product you'd like to purchase, simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button then click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. If you haven't shopped with us before you can choose at this stage to either Register an Account or Checkout as a Guest. Fill in your Billing Account Details which should be the same name and address as is used for your payment method. Continue through the Shipping Method page by clicking 'UK Delivery' and 'Continue'. On the Order Confirmation page, enter any voucher code you have to assign the appropriate discount. Make sure you check the final amount before clicking 'Proceed to Payment'. At this stage you will then be taken to the Paypal website. Enter your Paypal login details and complete the purchase within Paypal. You will then be taken back to the ANJO website to complete your order.
How will I know my purchase is complete?
You will receive an order confirmation email from us confirming your order. This will include your name and billing address, your shipping address, the products you have ordered, the price you have paid and any discounts.

Why do you ask for a telephone number?
We ask for a contact email address and telephone number in case we need to contact you about your order. It won't be used for any other purpose.
What if I want to change the delivery or billing details before checkout?
You can click on 'Modify' on the right hand side of the screen at any stage of the checkout process
How do I contact you if I have a query?
If you'd like to contact us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you straight away. Alternatively you can ring 07769 647333.
How do I pay for my order?
You will need a Paypal account to purchase through the website. If you don't have a Paypal account, please contact us on email@example.com or by telephone on 07769 647333 and we can arrange alternative payment options.
How do I know the site is safe and secure?
Our website has it's own security certificate which you can check by clicking the Geotrust icon at the bottom of the homepage. This means that any details entered into this site are safe.
What are the delivery options?
We offer Standard delivery which takes 2-5 working days from despatch.
Do you offer Next Day delivery?
We haven't listed Next Day delivery as standard, however if you have an urgent request please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help! Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you straight away.
What if I want my order delivered to a different address than the billing address?
There is an option during checkout to either 'Bill and Ship to the same address' or to enter different Shipping Address details.
How will I know when my delivery is on its way?
We will send you a Despatch confirmation email. This means your product is now on its way to you, either via Royal Mail or a courier - depending on the size and weight of your order.
How long will it take to despatch my order?
We aim to get your order on its way to you witin 48 hours of your ordering being confirmed by us. Usually this is less than that, but sometimes when we are busy it may take a little longer.
What if I'm not in when the postman/courier tries to deliver?
Your postman/courier will leave you a card to say they tried to deliver to you. This card will have details of when they will re-attempt delivery, how to re-arrange a delivery or contact details for them to arrange an alternative address for delivery.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
What if I change my mind about my purchase?
Obviously we hope that you'll love your ANJO purchase, however if you change your mind, we just ask that you package your purchase up carefully and return it to us using the same packing materials. Always keep a proof of postage when sending items back to us, and pop a copy of your despatch note in with your item. We ask you to do this within 30 days of receiving the item. What if my item arrives and it's damaged?
We package our orders up very carefully to avoid any damage during transit, however if your product arrives with you in anything other than perfect condition, we ask that you contact us immediately on email@example.com with a picture of the damage so we can assess how to deal with the situation for you.
How long will a refund take?
Once we receive your parcel, we will email you to confirm that we have received it and when the refund will be made. If we are really busy, this could take up to 10 working days, however we would expect it to be much quicker.
